Yushi Huang is a first year Ph.D. student, who entered the POP program in the Fall 2018. Yushi is originally from China, but traveled to the United States to attend UF for her undergraduate and Pharm.D. education. She graduated from UF College of Pharmacy with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2018. Yushi gained experience as a rotation student and intern in the HEOR and Market Access departments of pharma and consulting companies while she was in pharmacy school, which caused her to become interested in the HEOR field. Her research interests are in Pharmacoeconomics, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), as well as big data analysis.
