About Rachel C Reise
Rachel Reise, Pharm.D., M.S., CPh is a Clinical Assistant Professor within the Department of Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Policy. She also serves as Assistant Director of Pharmacy Services at the University of Florida Health Physicians (UFHP). Dr. Reise is the Director of a two-year fellowship in Healthcare Quality, Medication Safety, and Population Health with the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. Her research interests include evaluations of outcomes relating to transitions of care, access to care, medication safety, and quality. As a consultant pharmacist, she helps support UF Health Physician practices from an operational, regulatory, and administrative perspective as it relates to pharmacy. She is also involved with a number of quality improvement projects within UF Health.
