POP Seminar Speaker Mohammad Yaseliani and Chanakan Jenjai 02/17/2026

Please join us on Tuesday, 02/17/2026 for POP Research Seminar of the Spring 2026, held from 10:30 am-12:30 pm in NVIDIA Auditorium (1st Floor). We will be welcoming , Mohammad Yaseliani, M.S, and Chanakan Jenjai, PharmD, MS.

Mohammad Yaseliani, M.S, received his BSc in Industrial Engineering from Sharif University of Technology. He earned an MSc in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology. Currently, he is a third-year PhD student in POP department under supervision of Dr. Hasan. His research aims to develop Artificial Intelligence-based decision support systems that help clinicians make more informed clinical decisions.

Chanakan Jenjai, PharmD, MS, is a third-year PhD student in the Pharmaceutical Outcomes & Policy (POP) program. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Chiang Mai University, Thailand, in 2016. After graduation, she gained four years of clinical experience in a hospital setting before moving into a leadership role as a lead pharmacist at a community pharmacy, where she worked for an additional three years.

She joined the POP program as a master’s student in 2023 and transitioned into the PhD program this year. Her research interests focus on infectious diseases, including HIV and hepatitis C, as well as asthma outcomes research. Her faculty mentor is Dr. Haesuk Park.
