Pareeta Kotecha, PharmD, MS, is a fourth-year PhD student in the Department of Pharmaceutical Outcomes & Policy, working under the supervision of Dr. Serena Jingchuan Guo. She received her MS in Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Policy at POP in 2024 and has a Doctor of Pharmacy from Manipal University, India. Before joining POP, she worked as a Regulatory Medical Writer at Novo Nordisk. Her work also included interaction with regulatory bodies for approval of GLP-1 RA (Liraglutide) for adults and adolescents in several countries. Her research interests include real-world evidence studies in the fields of diabetes, obesity, and devices.
Wen Wen MS, completed her master’s degree in public health at Chongqing Medical University in 2015. After graduating, she entered Sanofi (Beijing) pharmaceutical company as a SAS programmer until 2017. She then contributed to the Center for Adverse Drug Reaction of Chongqing Drug Administration where she focused on post-market drug safety reevaluation and pharmacovigilance from 2018 to 2022. These working experiences sparked her interest in the investigation of real-world evidence and their application in the evaluation of post-market drug safety and effectiveness.
