POP Seminar Speaker, Piaopiao Li, B.S.Pharm., M.S. Pharm. 9/16/2025

Please join us Tuesday, 9/16/2025 for POP Research Seminar of the Spring 2025, held from 10:40 am-12:40 pm in NVIDIA Auditorium (1st Floor). We will be welcoming Piaopiao Li, B.S.Pharm., M.S. Pharm.

Piaopiao Li, B.S.Pharm., M.S. Pharm is a fifth-year Ph.D. student at the Department of Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Policy, with Dr. Hui Shao as her primary advisor and Dr. Almut G. Winterstein as her co-advisor. She received her bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and master’s degree of pharmaceutics from Peking University in China. She worked as a clinical research associate in Johnson & Johnson in China before joining POP. Piaopiao’s research interests lie mainly in the field of pharmacoeconomics, cost-effectiveness analysis, microsimulation, pharmacoepidemiology, comparative effectiveness analysis, and health services research. Her seminar title presented is: “Value-Based Pricing and Its Implications for the Newly Announced Medicare Negotiated Price Under the Inflation Reduction Act”.
