POP Seminar: Asinamai Ndai, BPharm, MS 01/19/2023

Asinamai Please join us Thursday, 01/19/2023 for POP Research Seminar of the Fall 2022, held from 11:00 am-12:30 pm in HPNP Auditorium. We will be welcoming Asinamai Ndai, BPharm, MS as our seminar speaker.

Asinamai, is a second year PhD student working under Dr. Steven Smith. He graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Maiduguri, Nigeria. After graduating from pharmacy school, he worked for the USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program, an organization that works with the government to strengthen local capacity for a sustainable HIV/AIDS response in Nigeria and ensure the supply chain of life-saving health commodities runs efficiently. Then, he came to Indiana, USA, and got his master’s degree in Global Affairs (Sustainable Development) from the University of Notre Dame. His research interest includes prescribing cascades and potentially inappropriate medications in older adults. Asinamai seminar title is: “Mapping Potentially Inappropriate Medications in Older Adults using the Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical (ATC) Classification System”.
