POP Seminar Guest Speaker/Faculty Clinical Candidate: Clayton Johnston, PharmD, MBA, MA, MEd, FACHE, FHFMA on 04/04/2022

Clayton Johnston Please join us Monday, 04/04/2022 for POP Research seminar of the Spring 2022, held from 11:00am – 12:00pm in Communicore building, Room C1-09, or via Zoom. We will be welcoming Clayton Johnston, PharmD, MBA, MA, MEd, FACHE, FHFMA as our seminar speaker.

Dr. Johnston currently serves as the Assistant Director of Pharmacy Services at the University of Florida Health Shands Hospital. He earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Education from the University of Florida, Master of Art from the University of Memphis, and Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center fulfilling his pharmacy internship at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. Dr. Johnston completed his postgraduate residency in health-system pharmacy administration at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. Dr. Johnston has been recognized for his professional contributions, holds multiple professional certifications, and is a Fellow of both the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

His seminar title is: “An Odd Coupling: Productivity Metrics and Patient Outcomes.”
