New post-doctoral fellowship in pharmacoepidemiology

The Department of Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Policy seeks candidates for a post-doctoral position in pharmacoepidemiology. Candidates with expertise in pharmacoepidemiology will have Ph.D.-level training in Pharmacoepidemiology or Epidemiology with an understanding of drug action. A background in pharmacy or similar clinical expertise is preferred but not required.

The successful candidate will join ongoing research projects in pharmacoepidemiology and develop his or her own grant applications to prepare for an independent career in pharmaceutical outcomes research.

Post-doctoral fellow

The successful applicant will join a vibrant research program with 13 faculty, several analysts, fellows and visiting scholars and about 30 doctoral students at the University of Florida, the flagship academic research institution of the State of Florida. The program is housed on the UF Health Science Campus in Gainesville with all Health colleges and UFHealth Hospital, the largest academic health center in the Southeast.
